The Organic Farm Knowledge platform (organic-farmknowledge.org) provides access to a wide range of tools and resources about organic farming that can help improve production. It also aims to serve as a virtual meeting place for cross-border learning. The platform promotes the exchange of knowledge among farmers, farm advisers, and scientists, with the aim of increasing productivity and quality in organic farming across Europe.

Theme 13: Seeds and breeding collects tools on

economics and regulation of organic seed.

Theme 237: Plant breeding and variety trials lists breeding programmes developed specifically for organic farming, prioritizing different traits required under organic and low-input systems. There you will also find lists of varieties developed in different countries as well as information on novel breeding and screening tools and on holistic breeding concepts.
