Cereal Breeding Research Darzau

Developing of criteria for organic plant breeding under bio-dynamic farming with barley, wheat, rye, einkorn, naked oat and winter pea on about 10.000 plots and an area of together 10ha in cooperation with different farms nearby and some external test areas as non-profit organisation with six fully employed people and about six harvest coworkers. Cultivari grew out of the activities of Karl-Josef Mueller that began 1987 on hulless spring barley for human consumption. In between additionally a summer cereal school from April to October for presently two students has started 2020 for giving the chance to learn under practical conditions with direct support from breeder, integrated as trainee and time for self-studies in the cultures, in particular to become a bio-dynamic research-breeder.
